Book C. Katherine Sparks, aged and infirm, to granddaughter, Honor Sparks, one-third of the 36-acres farm where I live with my daughter, Elizabeth. Two-thirds of land to my granddaughter paying to the heirs of Mary Carter, $50 at the rate of $10 per year until paid. To grandson, Thomas Baker, my bed and bedding. Signed: January 6, 1843, Witnesses: Joslin J. Hopkins and Andrew W. Shrout. Will probated in August 1843 term of court.

Book G. Jonas Sparks to wife, Elizabeth, one-third of the land and household goods. To sons, John Sparks and Samuel Sparks, balance of property and land. Sons to pay daughter, Margaret Ann (Sparks) Young, $1500. Signed, 26 October 1855. Witnesses: David Knox and James Huffstetter. Will probated in December term of Court, 1855.

Book H. Elizabeth Sparks, to daughters: Honor Sparks, Sally (Sparks) Varner, and Kitty H. (Sparks) Wilson. Signed 6 December 1867. Probated in the February 1869 term of Court.

Book H. Joseph Sparks to wife, Christiana A. Sparks, one-third of property. To sons: William J. Sparks, E. D. Sparks, and B. J. Sparks, and to daughters: Jendma E. (Sparks) Harrison and Mary Lee (Sparks) Thomason, balance of property. Wife to be executor. Signed 20 February 1895. Probated in February term of Court, 1896.
